Shipping Policy
The Little You Books creates personalized books made to order. Production and delivery times depend on the product, destination, shipping method, and carrier.
Processing Time
Our standard production and processing time is 3-10 business days before shipment.
During holidays, high-volume periods, supplier delays, or other operational delays, production and processing may take up to 14 business days before shipment. If we cannot ship within the timeframe shown at checkout or within the timeframe we reasonably expected, we will contact you with an update and, where required, provide options available under applicable law.
Shipping Options
Available shipping methods may include:
- Standard Shipping
- Premium Shipping
- Fast Shipping
The available shipping options, prices, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary depending on your location.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated at checkout. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, local disruptions, or incorrect addresses may affect delivery.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly because of an address entered by the customer, we may not be able to refund or replace the order.
If you notice an address error, contact us immediately at mail@thelittleyoubooks.com. We can update the address only if production and shipping have not yet progressed too far.
International Shipping, Customs, and Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless they are clearly included at checkout.
Customs processing may delay delivery and is outside our control.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us at mail@thelittleyoubooks.com. We will help investigate with the carrier or fulfillment partner. Remedies for lost shipments may depend on the carrier status, shipping method, and applicable law.
